Referrals to our Live and Work Well Employability programme are now open!

September is a busy month for us. After coming back from summer holidays, we get straight into taking referrals for our Live and Work Well employability programme, which starts in late October.

This life-changing programme supports women who have experienced exploitation and/or gender based violence to get back into work. In fact, 70% of the women we support are in employment within 12 months.

The course runs once a week over six months and provides employability training including:
- Confidence building
- Strengths and skills development
- Healthy boundaries at work
- CV writing

As well as all the above, trainees will complete gain a Level 1 accreditation in Enterprise and Employment from SEFDI, an internationally-recognised awarding body.
