Volunteer with us

Are you interested in volunteering with us? We have some fantastic volunteering opportunities and are always looking to grow the team of people who support us in many different aspects of the organisation. 

Currently we have people who sit on our Board of Trustees, a small team of mentors to support our trainees once they graduate, and others who enjoy being involved in sales and support us to run market stall at craft fayres in and around Bristol. (These have been postponed since the pandemic but will be starting up again sometime during 2021). 

If you have something to offer Lovewell, whether in time, skills or expertise, we would love to hear from you. We are currently on the look-out for people to help behind the scenes with our social media marketing and admin in the office, and building the market stall team. We also want to build a team of women to come and support the new cohort of trainees who are due to start our next training programme at the end of September. If you can give up to a day or half a day a week to come and work alongside the trainees, support their skills development on production days (when we manufacture our products), or offer support during the employability skills training, please get in touch.

Sales Coordinator (Paid role, Part-time)

We are now recruiting for a paid role in our staff Team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a significant increase in income to the organisation by growing sales from existing sales channels, increasing Lovewell’s online presence and developing new sales channels. This will involve working with the Project Manager, Manufacturing and Training Coordinator and Programme Trainees who manufacture Lovewell’s products.

We are a small but growing organisation with big ambitions and this is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about using business to effect social change.  If you have experience in sales, are flexible and able to respond to the changing demands of the business, we want to hear from you. This is a great position for someone wanting to be part of shaping the future of an organisation that is making a positive impact on peoples’ lives.

Trustee Board Role (Voluntary)

We are thrilled to be able to offer a new role on our Trustee Board. 

LoveWell is expanding its Trustee Board and is looking for someone with strategic and operational skills and experience in sales and marketing to help focus on commercial activity. This is an opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of the women involved in the Live and Work Well programme by developing LoveWell’s sales strategy and helping to secure the organisation’s financial future.
