We are always looking to grow the team of people who support us in many different aspects of the organisation. We have some fantastic opportunities to get involved.

Currently we have people who sit on our board of trustees, a small team of mentors to support our trainees once they graduate, and others who enjoy being involved in sales and support us to run market stall at craft fayres in and around Bristol.


If you have something to offer Lovewell, whether in time, skills or expertise, we would love to hear from you.

We are currently on the look-out for people to help behind the scenes with our social media marketing and admin in the office, and building the market stall team. We also want to build a team of women to come and support the new cohort of trainees who are due to start our next training programme.  

Operations and Finance Coordinator

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations and finances of LoveWell. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll help keep systems, processes, and reporting running smoothly across both the charity and its traded income activities.

If you can give up to a day or half a day a week to come and work alongside the trainees, support their skills development on production days (when we manufacture our products), or offer support during the employability skills training, please get in touch.
