New Programmes Manager role!

New role recruitment for LoveWell Foundation
We are delighted to announce that LoveWell Foundation is recruiting a Programmes Manager for our Live and Work well programme and mentoring programme, managing all key relationships that support the programme.
We are looking for someone with training and development experience, an awareness of trauma-informed working and strong project management skills to join our team and contribute effectively to the vision and mission of LoveWell. If you have an understanding of or lived experience of the issues faced by women from marginalised backgrounds, and the ability to manage ambiguity and change, we want to hear from you!
LoveWell Foundation
The Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered in 2023, with a vision to empower women who have experienced significant trauma through trafficking and exploitation on their journey to employability and entrepreneurship.

Through transformative, holistic training and mentoring, women are equipped with transferable life skills and employability skills. The Live and Work Well programme, and 12 months of mentoring, support our trainees to grow in confidence, increase their skills, abilities and self-worth, enabling them to move confidently into employment and build towards a positive future.
LoveWell UK C.I.C. is committed to providing an increasing number of roles for women who have completed the Foundation’s training programme, by employing them in the manufacture and sale of a range of ethical wellbeing products, contributing to LoveWell UK’s social impact goals.
