We are recruiting for a new team member!

We are looking for a new Operations and Finance Coordinator to work 16 hours a week, spread over 3 days. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations and finances of LoveWell. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll help keep systems, processes, and reporting running smoothly across both the charity and its traded income activities.

The successful candidate will be confident and experienced managing operational processes and procedures, with good financial acumen, and willing to be hands on in a small but growing charity. They must be committed to LoveWell’s vision to empower women who have experienced trafficking and sexual exploitation into employment, training and further education, willing and eager to engage with our mission and have appreciation of a trauma-informed approach to empowering women to make changes in their lives.

This role will play an instrumental role in LoveWell's operations and finances, working closely with the CEO (and Board of Trustees as required), to ensure clear and effective management of our finances, resources and people.

LoveWell 

LoveWell is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with a vision to empower women who have experienced significant trauma through trafficking and exploitation on their journey to employability and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to create supportive pathways into employment in a safe community for women who have experienced trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Through transformative, holistic training and mentoring, women are equipped with transferable life skills and employability skills. The Live and Work Well programme, and 12 months of mentoring, support our trainees to grow in confidence, increase their skills, abilities and self-worth, enabling them to move confidently into employment and build towards a positive future.
